Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Dribble Pickup (“Licensor”, “we”, or “us”), governing your use of the Dribble Pickup mobile application (“Licensed Application”) distributed via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized platforms (collectively, “App Stores”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Licensed Application.

1. License Grant

1.1 Limited License. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Dribble Pickup grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use one copy of the Licensed Application on a device that you own or control, for your personal and non-commercial use (unless otherwise authorized in writing).

1.2 Usage Restrictions.

You may not:

Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Application to any third party.

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Licensed Application, except where explicitly permitted by law.

Use the Licensed Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features or restrictions in the Licensed Application.

1.3 Platform Use. This EULA applies regardless of the platform (iOS, Android, or other) on which the Licensed Application is installed. Platform-specific terms (e.g., Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms of Service) also apply and are incorporated by reference.

2. Updates

Dribble Pickup may issue updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or new versions of the Licensed Application. These are subject to this EULA unless accompanied by new or additional terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

3.1 Data Use. Dribble Pickup may collect technical and usage data (e.g., device type, app version, location data with permission, crash logs) to improve user experience, fix bugs, and enhance app performance.

3.2 Privacy Policy. Our use of personal information is governed by the Dribble Pickup Privacy Policy

, which you should review. By using the app, you consent to data practices as described therein.

4. Termination

4.1 By You. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the Licensed Application and all copies from your devices.

4.2 By Dribble Pickup. We may terminate or suspend your license to use the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this EULA or engage in conduct that may harm us, other users, or the community.

Upon termination, your rights under this EULA will automatically terminate and you must cease all use and delete the app from your device(s).

5. External Services & Third Parties

The Licensed Application may provide access to third-party services or content. Dribble Pickup is not responsible for these third-party offerings. Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms, and we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party features or links.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DRIBBLE PICKUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work on all devices or operating systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRIBBLE PICKUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total cumulative liability under this EULA shall not exceed USD $50, or the amount you paid (if any) for the app or service in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export and re-export restrictions and regulations. You may not use or export the Licensed Application in violation of any applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by local law, this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.

10. General

Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Dribble Pickup regarding the Licensed Application.

Severability: If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA shall not be deemed a waiver.

Third-Party Beneficiaries: This EULA does not grant any rights to third parties, except where platform-specific terms (e.g., Apple or Google) state otherwise.
